We are looking for an German Recruitment Consultant to support our recruiting team and help us find qualified candidates faster.
Bachelor's degree required.- Fluency in German (B2-C1) effectively.
Giving support to the team regarding German candidates.
- Good understanding on technical skill sets
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.- Should have capacity to work independently and should coordinate with team too.
Understanding the client requirements and managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs.
