Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud platform, including current hands-on experience with configuration, development, and integration.

Proficient in JavaScript, Python, APIs, RESTful services, and SQL

Strong understanding of contact center concepts (routing, IVR, workforce management)

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred:

Genesys Cloud certification

Experience integrating with Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.

Knowledge of DevOps practices
