Generative AI Engineer

The Artificial Intelligence team at QpiAI builds cutting edge solutions to our customers most challenging problems in AI across a variety of industry verticals and domains. The team supports enterprise customers from a variety of industries and strives to deliver exceptional innovative solutions, consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI.

Some of the key areas our team is actively working to build novel capabilities include - Transformers and Generative AI, RAG and graph based RAG, AI Agents, Gen AI Evaluation Techniques and Guardrail Building for challenging large Enterprise problems.

Our team is looking for driven individuals who can work alongside us to build core capabilities around Generative AI and push the boundaries of what is possible. Some key traits that our colleagues share:

Key requirements:

• Solid 3 to 5 years of experience in building Deep Learning models across domains and data modalities - image, text, audio and video.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Deep Learning with a focus on Transformers, Generative AI - RAG and graph based RAG, AI Agents.
• Solid 1+ years of experience in building/productionizing Generative AI applications, demonstrable through open source projects.
• Prototyping and productionizing novel AI capabilities - leading to creation of intellectual property and published paper acceptance at prestigious international conferences.
• Proficiency with Python, Prompt Engineering and Generative AI stack: PyTorch, LangGraph, AutoGen, GraphRAG etc.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, a curious mindset, and a passion for continuous self-improvement and innovation.
