Job Title: Generative AI Developer with Azure OpenAI, LLM, RAG Experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer with experience in Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on developing and deploying advanced AI models and solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI applications that leverage Azure OpenAI and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models using Azure OpenAI and other relevant technologies.

Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications.

Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model performance.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI project requirements and deliverables.

Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and RAG methodologies.

Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, APIs, and related systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.

Ensure adherence to best practices in AI development, including ethical considerations and data privacy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models using Azure OpenAI.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, etc.

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and implementations.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and related AI/ML services.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.

Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for deploying and managing AI models.

Knowledge of data engineering and preprocessing techniques.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and understanding of AI ethics and fairness considerations.
