For our Customer Experience AI ML COE team, we seek a Gen-AI Chatbot consultant with expertise in developing and operationalizing Customer Support AI Chatbot using state of the art technologies including Salesforce Einstein Bot, LLM, RAG, and API automation in secure and distributed cloud environment

B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from top tier college and 70% m - arks.5-15 years experience designing, implementing and operationalizing AI Chatbot for large customer base in cloud enviro
- nmentExperience building AI chatbot with high accurate response using LLM, RAG, Prompt engineering, Content indexing
- etc.Experience building chatbot using platforms such as Salesforce Einstein Bot, YEXT
- etc.Well versed with Security requirements for a AI chatbot and solutions to address
- them.Experience integrating multiple systems with the Chatbot through API and other ways to provide task autom
- ationExperience with monitoring the chatbot performance in real time to address any issues with the chatbot opera
- tionsExperience working with at least oneData, ML, Gen-AI platform (Salesforce, AWS, Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, YEXT etc) solving Customer Support problems using Gen-AI Chatbot technolo
- gies.Experience developing and maintaining AI systems built with open-source tools (Langchain, Ollama, Hugging Face,
