Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Data scientist / AI Engineer with expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and strong Python programming skills to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning principles, experience with RAG models, and a passion for developing innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Python Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, with 5-8 years of experience in Python programming.
- AI Model Implementation: Test, evaluate, and implement AI models, particularly focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop and test prompts to achieve desired outcomes, requiring at least 2 years of proven experience in prompt engineering.
- NLP Model Optimization: Optimize and fine-tune NLP models, such as BERT, for performance and scalability, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation: Experience 5 years in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve merge conflicts in RAG and mono repo service applications.
- Documentation: Document AI models, processes, and workflows comprehensively.
