Key Responsibilities

- Generative AI Development: Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated Generative AI models, employing expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, embeddings (text and code), Graph Databases, and Vector Databases.

- AI Solution Architecture: Create robust and scalable AI solutions tailored to the BioPharma domain, integrating them with cloud resources (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- BioPharma Knowledge Application: Apply your understanding of the BioPharmaceutical industry's needs, workflows, and regulatory landscape to build highly impactful AI solutions.

- Agile Collaboration: Work effectively within an Agile software development lifecycle (Scrum, Kanban), partnering closely with researchers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.

- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape, exploring and experimenting with emerging techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly advantageous.

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to Generative AI projects.

- Demonstrated proficiency with RAG, LangChain, embedding techniques, Graph Databases, and Vector Databases.

- Strong foundation in programming (Python essential) and experience working with large-scale datasets.

- Experience in deploying and maintaining complex AI solutions in cloud environments.

- Familiarity with the BioPharmaceutical domain and a keen interest in its applications of AI.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
