- Modeling: Create 3D models of characters, objects, environments, or assets that are integral to the project.
- Texturing: Apply textures and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic or stylized appearances.
- Lighting: Set up and adjust lighting within 3D scenes to create the desired mood and ambiance.
- Rigging: Create skeletons and control systems for character models to enable realistic movement and animation.
- Animation: Animate characters and objects to bring them to life, ensuring smooth and realistic movements.
- Rendering: Configure render settings and render 3D scenes to produce the final images or sequences.
- VFX Integration: Incorporate visual effects elements, such as explosions or particle effects, into 3D scenes.
- Compositing: Combine multiple rendered layers or elements into a final composition using software like Adobe After Effects or Nuke.
- 3D Software: Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software tools, such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
- Shader Creation: Develop custom shaders to achieve specific visual effects and styles.
- Camera Work: Set up and animate virtual cameras to create compelling shots and scenes.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical and artistic issues that may arise during the 3D production process.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including modelers, animators, and compositors, to achieve project goals.
