About The Role
Were looking to bring on a talented DNB or MD doctor to join us at Loop, fastest growing health technology company.
As a Loop Team Doctor you will conduct online and offline primary care consultations at Loop app and /or clinics a high-quality, modern primary care experience for employees of large companies across Pune. For loop members, we aim to create a 21st century primary care experience complete with fixed timing appointments, digital electronic health records, teleconsultations on mobile app, and more.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct online OPDs : conduct general primary care consultations of patient and managing their acute or chronic care needs.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and to determine the cause and nature of disease.
- Respond to patients medical problems by counselling, where necessary.
- Document the patients visit in our EHR
- In case of referral, help match the patient with the best provider for their needs.
- Respond to patient queries and health concerns via mobile-app based teleconsultation.
- Conduct healthcare camps and talks at various loop client companies.
- Active participation in loop CPD ( Continuing Professional Development)
- As per business needs conduct health camps within the local limits or intercity/interstate.
Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications
- DNB-FAMILY MEDICINE / MD INTERNAL MEDICINE/PGDFM Doctor with 5 years of clinical experience
- Empathetic and caring
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Proficiency in learning new technologies
- Commitment to advancing knowledge of medicine and care protocols via CMEs and courses
- Ambitious person who is excited to help design a high-quality primary care experience uniquely suited for India
What are we looking forBelow are the key metrics that will be assessed
- Should be knowledgeable . Clinical diagnosis should be perfect and labs to be used for confirmation
- Minimum medications for a condition to be prescribed.
- Make Patient understand the condition and also which medications are prescribed for what
- Be a patient listener. Behave professionally and politely with members. Do not mock or use sarcasm while talking.
- Patient confidentiality is the key. Consult to be taken in a well lighten, good network and silent and isolated place to prevent breach of patient confidentiality.
- No where any cross marketing of self opd or products will be entertained
- To keep Loop at utmost level and work towards the best interest of the company.
- Consult ratings should be maintained at 3.5/4

Qualifications
- MBBS , DNB Family medicine / Post graduate diploma in family medicine, MD-internal Medicine
- Permanent medical registration - Maharashtra / MCI-NMC
- Experience: 5+ years clinical experience
