Position General Manager Sales:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the refractory & Foundry Material manufacturing industry.
Experience in global sales and international market expansion
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
