Position: General Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 20+ Years
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil engineering with extensive hands-on experience in the execution of high-rise commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements- Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in civil engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of independent project execution experience.
- Currently holding a DGM or higher position for the past 3+ years.
- Proven experience in the execution of high-rise (Above G+10) commercial and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil certifications and compliance during building slab construction.
Desired Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement and QC processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
