Duties of General Manager:
- To manage the daily working of the warehouse.
- To manage the employees and to hire daily wage workers from time to time.
- To manage stock flow, appoint inspection personnel from time to time.
- To manage logistics enabling smooth flow of material.
- To hire staff to meet the requirements of business.
- To maintain and present documentation related to quality norms of ISO.
- To attend and cater to clients during warehouse visit.
- To upgrade the work flow, warehousing, quality and other fields in day to day business.
- Any additional projects that might come up.
