Overview

As the General Manager of VR4BIM, a leading BIM-based company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization. You will drive growth, foster innovation, and ensure the company's continued success in the dynamic BIM industry.

Responsibilities

1.Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with market trends and industry best practices.

Set clear objectives and performance metrics to drive business growth and profitability.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

2.Financial Management:

Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Make strategic decisions regarding investments, resource allocation, and risk management.

3.Operational Management

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective execution of business processes.

Optimize operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives and technology adoption.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.

4.Human Resources

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of BIM professionals.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

5.Service and Marketing:

Develop and implement effective service and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth areas.

Technology and Innovation:

Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM technology and industry trends.

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency, enhance service offerings, and drive innovation.

Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement new BIM solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior management role within the BIM or construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a company.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

In-depth knowledge of BIM methodologies, software, and applications.

Experience in project management and delivery.

Strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.

A passion for innovation and technology.

Pay: 50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month
