Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in the organization.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Head the end-to-end recruitment process for all sales positions, from Medical Representatives to Field Managers ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Mentor, and develop a team of dynamic recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.
  • recruitment expenditures and adjust strategies to remain within budget.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Branding and Marketing:

  • Manage the company's presence on job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Candidate Experience:

  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate feedback system to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Establish and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Onboarding and Integration:

  • Ensure seamless collaboration with the onboarding and HR Operations team to develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new hires.

Industry Benchmarking:

  • Conduct a competition study on field hiring and benchmarking in recruitment that involves analyzing and comparing hiring practices and standards the industry.

Employee Engagement:

  • Continuous engagement with the field employees and new hires to maintain regular, proactive communication and support to foster a positive work environment, enhance job satisfaction, and address concerns, if any, promptly.
