Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage new clients through networking, calling, and marketing efforts.
- Sales Execution: Showcase and sell premium residential and commercial properties, aiming to sell inventory worth 150 CR to 200 CR.
- Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance on market trends, property values, financing, and legal requirements to help clients make the best decisions.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition to guide clients and refine sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust with buyers, sellers, and other key stakeholders for long-term success and repeat business.
- Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital strategies and open houses, to drive property sales.
- Negotiation: Secure favourable sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal standards and regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring everyone hits their performance targets.
Qualifications
- 15 to 20+ years of experience in real estate sales in Bengaluru.
- Proven ability to sell high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
- Leadership experience in managing sales and marketing teams.
- Master's degree in Sales or a related field.
