Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales Marketing to join our team at CAG Enterprises - Yamaha Dealer. As the General Manager Sales Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales and marketing activities of our Yamaha dealership in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic marketing plans. This is a full-time position with executive-level responsibilities.
Qualifications And Skills
- - More than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
- - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- - Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- - Proficiency in reporting and analysis, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- - Budget management skills and the ability to allocate resources effectively.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- - Familiarity with the Yamaha brand and motorcycles is a plus.

- - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
