Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales and Marketing in the Real Estate department. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and marketing activities of our projects in Baleshwar. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in real estate
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- General management and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
