Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a General Manager of Roma. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through effective strategic planning and operational management
Key Responsibilities for this role
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all day-to-day operations of Roma, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service
- Financial Management: Manage Roma's P&L, closely monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure profitability
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory authorities
- Process Optimization: Implement effective systems and processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments
