Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and marketing, and staff. You will ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are consistently delivered to our guests.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a hotel or resort.
Experience in star-rated hotels is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 55,
