Roles and Responsibilities

• Overview of Process & Thermal Calculation of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and guiding the team.
• Development of Skid packages and Process Plants from concept.
• Knowledge of operating some licensed Simulator.
• Working Closely with Directors for Standardization, Support for Technical offers
• Development of Excel spread sheets for various in- house calculations.
• Managing a team of young engineers

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering Chemical

Ability to manage a team

Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams

Domain Knowledge

• Experience in process calculations including heat and mass balance, process equipment sizing.
• Knowledge of heat exchanger and conversant to HTRI calculation.
• Knowledge of various units like US Customary, SI, MKS and their conversion.
• Experience in Piping, Pressure Vessels, skid will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of development of PFD, P& ID including Instrumentation, line sizing, insulation and heat tracing requirement will be added advantage.

IT Proficiency

MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
