Job Description:
The General Manager - Placement will be the driving force behind the overall strategy and execution of the institutes placement activities. This role involves building and maintaining high-level relationships with C-suite executives and HR leaders from top organizations to ensure the placement of the institutions students in coveted positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall placement strategy and execution for the B-School's Post-Graduation in Management program.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and HR leaders in leading national and multinational companies.
- Work closely with the academic and corporate relations teams to align the placement strategy with industry demands.
- Ensure 100% placements of students by building a robust pipeline of companies and opportunities.
- Monitor placement statistics, including the average salary package, industry placement ratio, and placement diversity.
- Host corporate outreach programs, industry panels, and placement events to enhance corporate engagement.
- Manage the placement team to achieve seamless operations and high satisfaction rates among recruiters and students.
Job Specifications:
- MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution with 10+ years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or a related domain.
- Experience in senior leadership roles with a successful track record of placements in the education industry.
- Strong relationships with HR leaders and a deep understanding of recruitment trends across sectors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Visionary with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
