Managing the operations of the school-including Administration, Facility Management, Security, Transport, Canteen & Communication(ERP).
Possess liaising experience, dealing with government authorities/ education board officials (CBSE).
Formulate the SOPs for school (safety plan): disaster preparation,fire drills,student & staff safety of assets across the school.
Managing expenses and budgeting to help school optimize costs and benefits.
End to End financial management of assets.

35 to 40 yrs of age
Proven experience as Operations Director or similar leadership role (10+ years or more)
Ability to multi task
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent IT Skills
