General Manager Manufacturing

We are looking for Chemical Engineers, with 15-25 years of manufacturing experience in Fine Chemicals, Specialty chemicals, Agro chemicals and Pharma intermediates.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to manage Chemical Manufacturing and lead team of 75-100 people (on payroll) + contract labor
• Should be able to manage 50-100 reactors min along with various powder processing equipment and utilities.
• Handling of hazardous chemicals on large scale is a MUST.
• Should have sound technical Knowledge with Hands on experience on production, trouble shooting, scale up, process improvement and debottlenecking
• Should be able to lead the team with motivation and dedication

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Chemical engineering, with strong experience in Agro intermediates, Agro actives, Pharma intermediates, and specialty chemicals ONLY

API and Formulation experienced candidates are NOT APPLICABLE
