Job Description: Manager for Jewellery Line.- Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in the jewels industry. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the production processes for our line of jewelry, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to design specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a passion for craftsmanship in jewelry manufacturing.
- Human Resources Administrative Management
- Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process for jewelry, from raw materials to finished products.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and product excellence.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements while maintaining product integrity.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train production staff, ensuring they adhere to production schedules and safety protocols.
- Problem Solving: Address production issues promptly, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Qualifications:
Education:
MBA / CA / Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing or a related industry, with a proven track record of production management and quality control.
Skills:
o Proficiency in manufacturing processes specific to jewelry production (casting, polishing, setting, etc.).
o Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
o Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
