Overseeing the entire Optical Fibre Cable Solutions business development and business into Europe expansion in Europe Country
Create a European Business funnel by forging strategic alliances
Develop long term strategic partnership decisions in accelerating companys European business by creating a road map for new business, entity growth & transformation, joint development ventures/alliances.
Participation in online and offline tenders through various e-procurement sites
Design and prepare new business plans with existing and new customers
Strategy formulation, opportunity evaluation, tactical planning & prioritization for critical long term projects in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) domain in Europe
Appraise top management in understanding/anticipating changes in European market and initiatives to support market preparedness to address realistic communication needs Identify emerging business trends in European market and development of a Go- To-Market plan focused on short- term (1-3 years) and medium term (3-5 years) business objectives.
