APAR Industries Limited Job Description Job Title Designation Department Business Location Job Purpose Sales - Europe Senior Assistant General Manager Sales & Marketing Telecom & Convergence Mumbai / Delhi for European countries development effort Spearheading the Development and Expansion of the Fibre Optic Cable business Job Responsibilities Conceptualizing and implementing strategies as a part of brand building and market Forecasting monthly and annual sales targets and ensuring their timely execution, thereby enhancing existing clientele Liaising with customers to sustain the profitability of the business, Expanded Overseeing the entire Optical Fibre Cable Solutions business development and business into Europe expansion in Europe Country Create a European Business funnel by forging strategic alliances Develop long term strategic partnership decisions in accelerating companys European business by creating a road map for new business, entity growth & transformation, joint development ventures/alliances. Participation in online and offline tenders through various e-procurement sites Design and prepare new business plans with existing and new customers Strategy formulation, opportunity evaluation, tactical planning & prioritization for critical long term projects in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) domain in Europe Appraise top management in understanding/anticipating changes in European market and initiatives to support market preparedness to address realistic communication needs Identify emerging business trends in European market and development of a Go- To-Market plan focused on short- term (1-3 years) and medium term (3-5 years) business objectives. Closely working with Leaders to provide thought-provoking underlying direction, planning and co-ordination of the European market performance, strategic growth and transformation. B.Sc./B.Com./B.Tech and MBA - Marketing 12 - 15 Years of relevant experience in Telecom sales in MEA & African countries Preferred age 35 - 40 Years Strong orientation towards sales Excellent product knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal In depth knowledge of sales skills and customer orientation Reporting to Business Head (Telecom & Convergence) Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements Reporting Relationships
