About the Role:
We are scouting for an experienced and dynamic General Manager Human Resource who will act as a strategic role on people-related interventions. The ideal candidate will have an professional mindset and will thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic organization that offers ample opportunities for growth.
Reporting Level- VP, People Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to the Leadership team on all human resource matters on people management aspects
- HR Policy Development: Work closely with the management team and VP People Management to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll and attendance.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute efficient recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR admins and recruiters, providing guidance and support.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) for the HR department, presenting regular updates to the management.
- Employee Development: Provide continuous opportunities for training and professional enhancement.
- Performance Evaluation: Design and implement effective evaluation systems, coaching managers and addressing underperformance.
- Employee Life-cycle Management: Own the complete employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Conflict Management: Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Retention Programs: Design and execute initiatives that align with the company's values and culture to ensure high employee retention.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, LLB, IR/Personnel Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 15-20 years of HR management experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Required Skillsets:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
