Finance Head or General Finance Head typically includes the following roles and responsibilities:
- *Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)*:
- Develop and oversee the company's financial planning process.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
- *Financial Reporting and Compliance*:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and regulatory filings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- *Treasury Management*:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and optimize investment opportunities.
