• Production Management:

a. Audit and supervise production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet production targets.

b. Monitor production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products.

2. Team Management:

a. Contract and labour Management.

b. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance employee performance and development.

c. Foster a positive work culture, promote teamwork, and resolve employee conflicts or issues.

d. Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

• 3. Health and Safety:

a. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for employees.

b. Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to minimize workplace hazards.

c. Train employees on safety procedures and emergency response protocols.

d. Investigate and report accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions.

• 4. Budgeting and Cost Control:

a. Prepare and manage the factory's budget, including production costs, labor expenses, and

maintenance expenditures.

b. Monitor expenses, analyse variances, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising

quality and productivity.

c. Identify opportunities for process optimization and resource utilization to improve cost-efficiency.

• 5. Continuous Improvement:

a. Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles and

methodologies.

b. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance operational

efficiency and effectiveness.

c. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive process optimization projects.
