a. Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles and
methodologies.
b. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance operational
efficiency and effectiveness.
c. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive process optimization projects.
