Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana/Moga for a General Manager- Exports. The General Manager- Exports will be responsible for
- Setting up the exports division in the company
- The day-to-day management of international business activities, including creating and implementing business plans, overseeing exports, and managing sales and international sales.
- Developing a Go-to strategy for the company and the brand.
- Develop network, channel partners internationally.
- Operationally align with internal stake holders like production, procurement, Quality , marketing etc to have an aligned strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in international business and business planning
- Expertise in export and sales
- Strong knowledge of international sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the food industry.
