General Manager-Civil

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager-Civil at Berry Developers & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd located in Gurugram. As a General Manager-Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil construction projects. You will provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high-quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make critical decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to make critical decisions and solve complex problems
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
