Assistant General Manager (12 Years)

In chit funds at JAYSKAY Chit Funds in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Tirupur, Salem, Sivakasi . These roles will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage financial activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team to provide reliable and flexible financial solutions to members.

Qualifications

• Financial Management, Budgeting, and Reporting skills
• Team Leadership and Management abilities
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the chit fund industry is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
