Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GM/VP - Sales for Domestic & International BPO growth in various verticals as mentioned above. Radical Minds requires GM/VP - Sales specifically with mandatory Domestic or International contact center / BPO client acquisition experience.
JD/KRAs for GM/VP Sales (BPO)
- Should have 15+ years of Sales experience in getting new Domestic/International BPO/Contact Centers processes from various clients which includes but not limited to Travel, Food Aggregators, Logistics, Healthcare, BFSI, Online Gaming, Online Education, E-Commerce etc. He/she should able to get premium customer service processes which includes Chat, Voice (inbound), Backoffice, Technology projects etc.
- Radical Minds is a strong technology company as well, so candidates having technology sales experience apart from mandatory BPO sales will be preferred.
- Apart from getting new clients for our BPO division, he/she should have strong transition experience. Should able to demonstrate excellent Account Management, Team Leadership and People Management skills, with competency in building and setting-up New Teams and establishing Processes
- An effective communicator with fantastic presentation skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relations with Radical Minds Top Management/CXOs, middle management, cross-functional departments in the organization & most importantly with clients. Apart from having mandatory PPT/Keynote skills, he should have good excel knowledge and know to work on P&L etc.
- He/she should be a self starter, Initiative taker, humble, solution providing approach with a Can Do attitude CORE COMPETENCIES
- He/She should able to Identify & network with prospective clients, should able to generate BPO /Call centre business from accounts & professional network for achieving targets & profitability.
- Should have the capability to lead end-to-end project/RFP process for mid/large deals across various verticals (mentioned above). Will be responsible for making detailed solution document and commercial proposals independently post understanding the P&L and margins we work for.
- With a proven track record, should able to maintain customer relations through direct interaction with clients to ensure optimum satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
- Constantly drive Sales discussion through Live and Remote Presentations to Existing Clients and Prospects Globally - Help build the Marketing Collateral i.e., Press Releases, EDMs, Case Studies
- Should able to travel across India and abroad frequently if and when required.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Business Planning skills in BPO / Call Center space
- Business Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation & Sales skills
- Proven experience in business development and sales for BPO / Call Centers
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and goals
- Experience in the technology consulting industry is a plus
