Core Responsibilities:
Speaking to Company's prospective clients
Understanding their unique requirements
Explaining and sharpening Company's value-proposition
Providing the product team with feedback to improve offerings
Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
Present Company's Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities
Job Requirement
Expertise & Qualification:
Apart from overall experience, at least 3 years of B2B direct sales experience in the insurance broking industry (EB products) is highly preferred.
Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline
Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures
Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a mandatory.
Consistently meeting assigned sales targets
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
Disciplined approach towards updating CRM
