Position: General Manager - AAC Block Plant (Plant Head)

Industry: Cement or AAC Block Manufacturing

Location: Ahmedabad or Kapadvanj, Gujarat

Experience: 5 -15 years

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for the efficient running of the AAC block plant. Drive the overall growth and profitability of the plant.
2. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets are met with high-quality standards. Ensure optimal utilization of plant resources, including machinery and manpower.
3. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product quality. Address any quality issues and work on continuous improvement strategies.
4. Financial Oversight: Manage the plant's budget, including cost control and financial planning. Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost savings.
5. Human Resources Management: Lead and motivate a team of engineers, supervisors, and production staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide necessary training and development.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production, quality, and financial performance. Provide strategic recommendations to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the cement or AAC block manufacturing and construction industry.

Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in production and financial management software, and a solid understanding of industry regulations.
