Appraise the wishes and demands of business, collect quotes from insurance companies clients and
eventually acquire client
Achieve targets and submit reports of leads, meetings etc.
Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills,
and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts
Sales Representative Qualifications / Skills required
Proven experience of minimum 2 years as general insurance sales representative
Should have stable past career employment history
Should be well networked in the local area and understand the Local market, and proven track records
Good comprehension of general insurance policies
Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
Goal and target oriented
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Willing to travel
