Our Client, a multinational powerhouse - engineering and manufacturing advanced capital goods, driving efficiency across agriculture, construction, and commercial sectors is seeking a General Counsel, India to lead their India Legal and Compliance verticals.

The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of extensive experience in managing legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance within a corporate environment.

This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of business operations, the ability to coordinate legal support across various functions, and expertise in avoiding litigation and resolving disputes efficiently.

Prior experience of working within the manufacturing sector is a must.
