Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Contractor at SAAD ENTERPRISE located in Bhusawal. The General Contractor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.
Qualifications
- General Contracting and Construction Management skills
- Project Management expertise
- Experience in construction and renovation projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Certification in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
