Job Summary :The General Manager Marketing is responsible for developing and executingcomprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales,and ensure the overall growth of the company in the apparel industry. This rolerequires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, andeffective marketing techniques. Also involve in Revenue Generation of a companyand also handle Profit and loss management.

1. Expert in B2B Strategies : With minimum10 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing sector, excelling in B2Bsales, marketing, and merchandising. Known for driving significant businessgrowth and market expansion through strategic buyer engagement and productpositioning.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness andsales. Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate effectivelywith them. Oversee the companys marketing budget and ensure resourceallocation aligns with strategic goals.
3. Brand Management :- Ensure thebrand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketingefforts. Develop brand positioning and messaging that differentiates thecompany in the market. Maintain brand integrity across all company marketinginitiatives and communications.
4. Market Research and Analysis :-Conductmarket research to identify trends and opportunities in the apparel industry. Analyzeconsumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Monitorcompetitor activities and develop strategies to counteract competitive actions.
5. Product Marketing :-Collaboratewith product development teams to ensure new products meet market needs. Developmarketing campaigns for product launches and ensure successful implementation. Workclosely with sales teams to provide tools and support for effective productselling.

Qualifications :- Bachelors degreein Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a seniormanagement role in the apparel industry.
