Looking for a resource who has worked on sophisticated SAAS platforms or microservices products. Experience working with global teams would be a big plus. Role & Responsibilities
The Generative AI Technology Engineer is responsible for executing, implementing, and overseeing the integration of GenAI technologies within our core HR Tech platform. This role combines technical expertise and a deep understanding of HR Tech platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and leverage GenAI to enhance core HR platform including features like chatbot, job creation engine, workflow automation and co-pilot technology for recruitment.
Responsibilities
GenAI Strategy and Roadmap:
- Work with our Gen AI leader to execute on the vision for GenAI adoption in HR.
- Work on the roadmap for integrating GenAI into existing HR systems and processes.
- Identify high-impact use cases and prioritize implementation.
Technical Goals
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI.
- Work collaboratively withe a team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists.
- Execute on model selection, training, and deployment.
GenAI Implementation
- Collaborate with HR leaders to identify areas where GenAI can add value.
- Oversee the development and deployment of GenAI models.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing HR tools and platforms.
HR Service Enhancement
- Implement GenAI-powered chatbots for customer-facing interactions.
- Optimize HR platform service delivery by automating routine queries and tasks.
- Enhance employee experience through personalized, AI-driven interactions.
Recruitment Transformation
- Work closely with recruiters to leverage GenAI for crafting compelling job descriptions.
- Generate insightful screening questions to improve candidate evaluations.
- Enhance talent acquisition processes through AI-driven insights.
Performance Metrics And Evaluation
- Define success metrics for GenAI implementation.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate on models.
- Measure cost savings, productivity gains, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in AI/ML projects, preferably in HR or related domains. Minimum 3 years of experience with AI/Gen AI technologies in a challenging and creative work environment.
- Familiarity with NLP, GANs, VAEs, and other generative AI techniques.
- Skills:
- Strong programming skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Strategic thinking and ability to align GenAI initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
