Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Developer with a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design and develop AI models and algorithms for business applications.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.

*Maintain and enhance existing AI systems for optimal performance.

*Conduct research to stay ahead of the latest trends in AI and machine learning.

*Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.

*Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

*3 years of experience in AI development, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.

*Mandatory Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

*Expertise in Python to preprocess data, including tokenizing sentences and handling text data.

*Design and build datasets suitable for training and evaluating machine learning models.

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

*Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
