The Role
We're seeking a talented Gen AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced AI solutions that drive our marketing strategies and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI models for various applications in marketing and content creation
- Implement and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases
- Create and manage AI agents and crews for complex task automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product ecosystem
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to our innovation pipeline
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries
- Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building LLM applications
- Familiarity with AI agent architectures and multi-agent systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and digital marketing concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI deployment
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
