What's this role about
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Lang Chain and Open LLM frameworks and be proficient in creating cutting-edge NLP models and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Autoencoders, transformers, BERT Word/Doc to Vector, as well as computer vision models using GANs, Autoencoders, and Variational Autoencoders (VAE). The candidate should also be an expert in Python code refactoring and have hands-on experience in developing end-to-end NLP Deep models.
- Candidate should have 10+ years of experience as a developer (focused in Python), in ML/DS/NLP and 2 years of exp. in Generative AI
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Develop and implement advanced NLP models using Lang Chain, Open LLM, GANs, Autoencoders, transformers, and BERT Word/Doc to Vector.
- Create computer vision models utilizing GANs, Autoencoders, VAE, and other relevant techniques.
- Optimize and fine-tune Deep learning models to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Refactor and improve existing Python codebase for better performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of Generative AI and NLP.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ability to solution and execute end to end Generative AI Project along with Project Leads
- Help in Solution designing and contributing to overall Data Science Practice
Skills required to contribute:
- Bachelor's with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Lang Chain and Open LLM frameworks to perform summarization, classification, Name entity recognition, Question answering
- Strong expertise and hands on Experience in developing NLP models, including GANs, Autoencoders, transformers, and BERT Word/Doc to Vector.
- Hands-on experience in creating computer vision models with GANs, Autoencoders, VAE, etc.
- Excellent Python programming skills with a proven ability to refactor and optimize code.
- Demonstrated experience in developing end-to-end NLP Deep models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to contribute effectively to multiple teams as an individual contributor.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and optimize generative models in production environments, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and real-time performance.
