We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and implement a chatbot for our hotel booking system. This chatbot will be essential in improving user experience and operational efficiency by automating responses and incorporating advanced features.
Responsibilities
- Develop interactive chatbot flows to enhance user interactions.
- Enable the chatbot to process and respond to user voice notes.
- Implement calling capabilities within a multi-agent system to improve user engagement.
- Continuously update the chatbots knowledge base as new information is received or queries are resolved.
- Create a system where the chatbot can prompt users for correct information when it fails to answer, improving its learning and accuracy.
- Integrate the chatbot with the existing booking management system to provide real-time availability and pricing updates.
- Ensure the chatbot can seamlessly escalate conversations to human agents when necessary.
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in chatbot development, preferably with a focus on hospitality or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Experience with voice recognition technologies and integrating telephony systems into chatbots.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, particularly for conversational flows.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
