Job Description
What you'll do:
Develop interactive chatbot flows
Enable the chatbot to process and respond to voice notes from users.
Implement calling capabilities within a multi-agent system to enhance user interaction.
Continuously update the chatbot's knowledge base as new information is provided by users or as queries are resolved.
Develop a system where the chatbot, upon failing to answer a question, prompts the user for the correct information, thereby facilitating learning and accuracy.
Integrate the chatbot with existing booking management system at Hotelzify for real-time availability and pricing updates.
Ensure that the chatbot can handle and escalate conversations to human agents when necessary.
What makes you a great fit:
Proven experience in chatbot development, preferably with a focus on hospitality or e-commerce platforms
Strong programming skills in *Python, LangChain & LangGraph*
Experience with voice recognition technologies and implementing telephony systems in chatbots.
Familiarity with GenAI technologies, especially in conversational flows.
Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
