Must-Have
Knowledge on all kinds of gemstones.
Knowledge of operating various grading instruments
Confidence to identify gemstones with minimum requisite instruments.
Responsibilities
Examine, cut, shape and polish diamonds using optical instruments.
Examine, cut, shape and polish precious and synthetic gems using optical instruments
Appraise gemstones and diamonds to differentiate between stones, identify rare specimens and to detect peculiarity affecting stone values.
Minimum Qualification:
Confidence to identify gemstones with minimum requisite instruments.
