Overview:iHub Research and Robotics is seeking a highly skilled GEM Expert / Bidding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal and coordinating ongoing projects within the organization. Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are highly preferred.
_GEM Bidding Management

- Identify and monitor potential government tenders and opportunities on the GEM portal.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals in accordance with GEM guidelines and requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up on the bid status and results.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all bid documents and correspondence.
_Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are progressing according to the plan.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in GEM bidding and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of GEM portal operations, bidding processes, and government procurement policies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
