Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a GDS Trainer (Galileo) at Etrav located in Goregaon. As a GDS Trainer, you will conduct Galileo Global Distribution Systems training sessions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Galileo Global Distribution Systems

Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops

Good presentation and communication skills

Knowledge of the travel industry and travel booking processes

Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of trainees

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner

Previous experience in a customer service or travel agency role is a plus
