Skillset: GCP Data Engineer
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire
Work Locations: Bangalore, India (HYBRID - 3 day/week onsite required)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) product offerings
- Experience with Google's big data technologies
- Ex: Cloud Storage, Big Query (data warehouse), BigTable (NoSQL database), Dataflow (data analytics service), etc.
- Experience with Big Data processing platforms in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience leading and/or mentoring other team members
Plusses:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Any previous experience within the Financial Services industry
- Experience providing data for Machine Learning models
- Experience implementing Big Query in a data lake (ETL Process - extract, transform, load)
