Join Tavant as a GCC Client Partner
- We seek a high-caliber professional adept at navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments where each deal can significantly impact.
- As a GCC Client Partner at Tavant, you'll spearhead our sales activities, driving deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tech, multi-million-dollar transactions. You'll engage with top-level executives (CxO, GCC Leaders, and Global stakeholders), shaping opportunities and closing pivotal deals. Leverage insights from our tech experts to establish pricing and commercial strategies and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive success in Core and Strategic GCC accounts by creating unique, compelling propositions tailored to market demands and customer needs.
- Research and understand leadership and decision-making dynamics within India GCC and overseas, positioning Tavant strategically.
- Lead internal stakeholders to gather expertise and technical solutions for RFP responses and project fulfilments.
- Craft and structure deals, defining winning propositions and leading end-to-end responses for complex transactions.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for Tavant and clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships, creating win-win propositions.
- Act as a bridge between Tavant teams and customer organizations, facilitating the deal process.
- Compile, refine, and own final proposal documents, presenting technical content professionally and concisely.
- Establish robust reporting and governance processes to monitor deal success.
- Standardize pitches across diverse industries.
- Develop differentiated propositions aligned with market needs to drive growth.
Required Skills And Experience
- Extensive industry-specific solution expertise and sales technique proficiency.
- 5+ years of Client Partner role experience with 1-2 years working for India GCC clients representing top consulting companies (like Accenture, Cognizant, Infy, HCL etc.)
- Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals.
- Minimum of 5 years leading customer negotiations.
Expected Characteristics
- Rate pressure given knowledge of India salaries and other India based players
- Interviews by customers expected; hence quality of candidate required will be high
- Less project like and more of embedded teams/ staff aug
- Teams working out of customer locations
- Hiring specific people or certain percentage will be an expectation
- Support work
- Different rate card for India Work with Finance

- Local availability of talent in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
